Common questions about sign-in, credits, and getting your results.

Signing in

I didn't get the sign-in email: Check your spam / junk folder first — the email comes from hello@ihandleit.net. If it's still missing after a minute, try again on the sign-in page. Some email providers delay delivery by 30–60 seconds. If after five minutes there's still nothing, email us at hello@ihandleit.net and we'll check the log directly.
The link says it's expired: Sign-in links last one hour by default. Just request a fresh one on the sign-in page; the old one becomes invalid as soon as the new one is sent.
I used the wrong email address: Credits are tied to the exact email address you used when you paid. If you signed in with a different one, you'll see zero credits. Sign out, then sign back in with the address on the Lemon Squeezy receipt. Still stuck? Email us — we can move credits between addresses on request.

How do credits work?: Each full unlock spends one credit. Packs are 3 uses for $10 or 10 uses for $25. Credits never expire. They're shared across every tool on the site — a credit from a eulogy pack will work on a sympathy card or a speech.
Can I get a refund?: Yes. Unused credits are refundable for 14 days from purchase — email hello@ihandleit.net with the address you paid with and we'll process it. Already-used credits can't be refunded (the tool already produced and delivered the result), but if something went genuinely wrong we always want to hear about it.
My payment went through but I don't see credits: Credits land within ~30 seconds of payment clearing. If they're still not showing after a minute, sign out and sign back in — this forces a fresh check. If still missing, email us the Lemon Squeezy order number and we'll reconcile by hand.

Where's my PDF?: When you unlock a result, a PDF is attached to a confirmation email sent to the address you signed in with. If you don't see it in your inbox, check spam. You can also download it any time from the page itself — the Download as PDF button on the unlocked result.
Can I come back to an old result later?: Yes. Sign in, visit your /account page, and you'll see your last ten tool uses. Each one links back to the tool so you can re-read or download the PDF again.
The first draft isn't quite right: Edit the form and try again with different inputs or a different tone. Each new attempt uses one credit, so a pack of three gives you room to refine once or twice without worrying.
