Refund policy

We want you to feel good about what you got. This page explains when we refund — and when we can't.
The short version
- Unused credits: fully refundable within 14 days of purchase.
- Partly used credits: the unused portion is refundable within 14 days, pro-rated against the original purchase price.
- A tool failed on a credit you paid for: we automatically restore the credit. If you'd prefer a refund instead, we'll do that.
- You used a credit and the result wasn't what you wanted: we can't refund an already-used credit, because the work has been done and paid for. You can re-run the tool with a different tone or memories — each use is one credit.
How to request a refund
Email hello@ihandleit.net from the email address you used at purchase. Include the order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt) and a short note. We aim to respond within two business days.
Because Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record, the actual refund appears on your card statement from Lemon Squeezy. Refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
If something goes wrong with a tool
Occasionally a generation will fail for technical reasons — the AI provider is overloaded, your internet hiccupped, we deployed something broken. When that happens we automatically credit the use back to your balance. If the same thing happens twice in a row on the same tool, email us and we'll look into it and restore your credits (or refund, whichever you'd prefer).
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please email us first. Chargebacks cost us more than the purchase itself, and we'd much rather help you than lose the dispute. We are happy to refund any good-faith request that meets the terms above.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of the page. Changes do not affect refund requests already in progress.
